Vladimir Burynda joined the ROEL Group of Companies in 2003. Presently he is responsible for relationships of the ROEL Group with financial institutions and investors.
Vladimir Burynda has an extensive experience in managing projects to in restructure and increased capitalization of enterprises in the oil and gas industry, electric engineering and real estate. Under his personal leadership, a number of М&A deals have been performedd in the oil and gas sector, real estate and engineering .
Before his career at the ROEL Group of Companies, Vladimir Burynda for more than 10 years held leading positions at large Russian banks.
At moment he occupies the positions of:
General Director of ROEL Capital, Investment and Financial Company;
A member of the Board of the Vladimirsky Textile Holding Company OJSC;
A member of the Audit Committee of Roselprom Russian Electro-Technical Concern, OJSC.
Vladimir Burynda is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (specialized in applied mathematics and physics"), the Financial Academy at the Government of the Russian Federation (specialized in banking business). He is also the holder of the 1.0 and 5.0 qualification certificates of the Federal Financial Markets Service.
