VLADIMIR VASILYEVICH DOROKHINDirector general, managing partner

Mr. Dorokhin has been working in management consulting and investment companies since 1992. In 1995 he founded ROEL Consulting investment and consulting group. After the division of consulting and investment businesses in 2002, he  concentrated on direct investment projects. 

He directed the development and implementation of programs to reform industry and enterprises in Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Voronezh, and Sverdlovsk Regions, the Republics of Bashkortostan and Chuvashia.

At  present he occupies the positions of:

  • Director general of the ROEL Group of Companies;
  • Chairman of the board of Roselprom Russian Electro-Technical Concern OJSC;
  • Director general of RUSELPROM management company.
Vladimir Dorokhin holds a Ph.D. degree in technical sciences (V.A. Trapeznikov Institute of Management Problems, Russian Academy of Sciences).
Vladimir Dorokhin actively engages in social activities and he currently is:
  • First deputy chairman of the Fund for Veterans of War and Law Enforcement Bodies at the Moscow City Council, and he actively participates in the work of the Public Union of Senior Officers of Russia;
  • A member of the Council for the Development of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship  under the chairman of the Federation Council  of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation;
  • Public assistant to a State Duma and a Federal Council  parlamentarian during several convocations;
  • A member of the Council of the Non-Governmental Power Industry Pension Fund;
  • Chairman of the Council of  the Blagoye Delo Charitable Foundation.
