1998-2000 – ROEL successfully completed first middle cap investment project (consulting, regional development).
2002 - RUSELPROM was founded (machinery, electrical engineering).
2003-2004 – ROEL made the number of deals to acquire its core assets comprising its current Portfolio (power, gas and chemistry, mineral chemistry, transport, textile, agriculture, healthcare, real estate, etc.).
2005-2010 – ROEL completed the project of financial recovery and restructuring of Murom Radio Manufacturing Plant and a number of mid-cap development projects.
2012 – ROEL created its own integration platform to target future acquisitions and its Portfolio optimization.
2013-up to now – ROEL has expanded internationally: we have been cooperating with Japan, America, Belgium, India, Latin America on the export of machinery and refinery products, etc.
