Vladimir Dorokhin, general director of the ROEL group of companies, spoke at the Russia 2010 annual Forum which took place on February 3-5 in Moscow. The agenda of the forum this year was the changing architecture of the Russian and world economy and Russia’s role in the process. The forum gathered state organizations, ministries, leading Russian and international companies’ heads and prominent industry experts and businessmen. Russia 2010 forum speakers included Deputy Prime Minister, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, Economy Development Minister Elvira Nabiullina.
